Jason’s ability for excellent time management and his tenacity to focus on the project’s needs have made him a tremendous asset to the Reimers & Jolivette team for over 8 years. Jason is fluent in electronic communication and document control. Jason has taken the initiative to improve his mastery of electronic drawing programs, schedules, and project documentation. He is able to communicate clearly with all Shareholders from the field.

Relevant Experience

Aside from the noted electronic communication skills, he is forklift certified and boom/scissor lift trained. He is very skilled in accomplishing concrete forms & finish, framing, siding, window layout, trim, doors, and hardware. Where Jason really shines is in his ability to manage construction projects in the field.

Significant Projects:

Columbia Steel Casting, Portland Golf Club, Arlington Club, Chown Hardware, Stoller Legacy Room, PGE Rose City Core Building Meter Services, PGE PSC Fuel Island, Brailey & Graham GMC Dealership Remodel.

Jason’s most recent project was a $7 million seismic retrofit and remodel of a 107,000 Sq. Ft. Warehouse, Office and Lab Facility for PGE in NW Portland.

Jason has worked his way up to be one of our top Project Superintendants by making the effort to understand the business side of a project, not just the hammer and nails. At a young age and through mentoring, Jason has gained the credibility to be trusted to perform independent budgeting and scheduling for small projects for established customers like PGE. These same customers consistently ask for Jason on their projects.

Jason also has a very direct and no-nonsense style with the construction team members. Our company expectations are high and Jason is an excellent gate keeper.
