The City of Portland, Reed College and Reimers and Jolivette are working to bring back the fish habitat on beautiful Crystal Springs. We are removing the old metal pipe across 28th Street and replacing it with a concrete culvert / box that will resemble a fish habitat. Please see the video that was produced about this great project.
