The next Waverley Landing Board Meeting will be held Wednesday, July 6 at 7:00 in Unit 7. All residents are welcome to attend. An agenda will be sent out via e-mail prior to the meeting.
Road work is scheduled for Marion Street between the railroad tracks and our cul-de-sac July 21-23. The low spots will be raised and sealant applied to the entire stretch of road. There may be brief traffic delays, but we have been assured that we will be able to leave and return to our garage at all times.
A date will be announced shortly for exterior window washing. The windows to be washed are at the north and south ends of the building and those facing the courtyard. Residents will need to remove all screens from these windows prior to the washing. Residents will have the option of having the windows and railing glass in their unit washed for a charge of $65. The resident would have to be home to admit the worker and make payment at that time.
Also, on a few occasions one of the mailbox doors has been left in the open position by our mail carrier. If you see that this has occurred, please call a board member immediately so that the mail can be secured as soon as possible.
